So Long, Cardinal Sin

Jaime Cardinal Sin, archbishop of Manila till his retirement in 2003, passed away today Tuesday, June 21, 2005 due to multiple organ failure.

He was a political force and was instrumental in ousting two presidents, bringing to fore the long-standing debate of separation of Church and State in the Philippines.

Thank you, Cardinal Sin. You shall be greatly missed.
