Cash Coupon

This was forwarded to me today. This cash coupon was supposedly found by a Makati-based employee after the "Gloria Resign" rallyists up and went.

Notice the seal of the City of Makati proudly emblazoned on the coupon. Who is G. Nick Santiago? After searching in Google, apparently he is Makati City Administrator Nick Santiago. Or you better ask Mercy who has her cellphone number of the coupon.

So who is funding those rallyists? The City of Makati? Kanino galing ang funds ng Makati? Kay G. Nick Santago? Kay Binay? Ganyan sila kayaman? I don't think Ms. Susan Roces knew of this. She, who stands for righteousness and all that's good and holy in these times of immorality. *smirk* And I am looking forward to hearing Escudero's reply to this allegation.

Or, the Makati taxpayers? You mean we actually funded the traffic, garbage and economic slide ourselves? *this is where I rant incoherently...*

I asked fellow Makati employees and as well as homeowners (i.e. Makati taxpayers) how they felt. And they all basically were outraged, if this were true.

Do I hear a Congressional/Senate inquiry over this? Kaban din naman ang bayan ng Makati ito hindi ba?

Or maybe the pro-administration people did this! After all, it is so easy to get a seal of Makati, print it nicely on newsprint(!), throw in a bunch of people's names for good measure and voila! You have made an issue made for primetime news...
